Motion Media Announces New Director of Internet Development

Wilmington, NC (September 4, 2001) - Motion Media Technology, a world leader in video telephony products for the business and mass markets, today announced the appointment of Rob Dumas as Director of Internet Business Development. An experienced executive with a successful track record as founder and top revenue producer for a number of Internet businesses, Mr. Dumas will be responsible for developing new opportunities for Motion Media's advanced videotelephony technology in the visual communications, telehealth, and security and surveillance markets.

Most recently, Mr. Dumas served as Vice President of Business Development, Media/Entertainment, at LavaStorm, an Internet systems engineering company. His responsibilities included creating new business opportunities with the Fortune 1000 and working closely with the Media and Entertainment industry to define new Internet applications. Prior to LavaStorm, Mr. Dumas was an award-winning Vice President of Sales at Monster.com, the popular career search Web site. Before Monster.com, Mr. Dumas was a co-founder of Seattleonline.com, a designer of Web sites and Internet business applications. Here he helped clients such as the Space Needle develop a successful Web presence. He later participated in the sale of the firm to Time Warner.
