Juliann hit it right on the head with her comments on press kits. When I was
an editor, I hated seeing a "press kit on a CD" -- like they expected me to
load up a CD just to see what's on it. Those got ignored. We put a CD in our
press kit to accompany the printed stuff, but it has a printout that lists
what's on it.
