Weekend Reading

The employees at Telesian do a lot of reading. In many cases, you'll find our noses buried in the latest technology book. But once in awhile we find a little time on the weekend to read something outside the scope of business.

When Frank hears people debate the causes of global warming, the phrase "my side of the boat's not sinking" never seems far away. Unfortunately, there's only one environment and if it takes a turn for the worse, there may not be much left for anyone to debate.

An Inconvenient Truth by Al Gore (Directed by Davis Guggenheim)

An eye-opening movie that tries to set straight the myths about global warming. The data may be debated by some, but the effects are being felt by many. While most people think of Gore as the ultimate nap inducer, his passion for this topic and the sense of urgency that we need to have for our planet make this a must see documentary.
