Weekend Reading

The employees at Telesian do a lot of reading. In many cases, you'll find our noses buried in the latest technology book. But once in awhile we find a little time on the weekend to read something outside the scope of business.

Good-bye Chunky Rice by Craig Thompson

During a recent art class, Frank got a tip on some good reads in the world of graphic novels. We're talking real slice-of-life stuff that will keep you turning the page.

This Harvey Award winner tells the story of a turtle named Chunky Rice who leaves home and friends behind and boards a boat for the KaHootney islands. A calling that even Chunky himself doesn't fully understand. The characters are fantastically quirky, the artwork is impressive, and the story will make you stop and think.
